Notice Hero was created by Aryan, a 14-year-old from Naperville, Illinois, for the Congressional App Challenge.
The idea came from a simple problem: many people receive official letters and do not know what they mean, what deadline matters, or who to contact. Notice Hero is meant to give people a calmer first step before they call an agency, ask for help, or prepare a response.
